Picked up on time, delivery was a little late, but what an exceptional value! Daniel (the driver) kept me informed through out the process, was polite, friendly, and took very good care of the bike. It was well secured in the trailer and it and all the other bikes were covered with blankets. A nice touch. I would use Jim again anytime and would highly recommend him.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer this shipper new we was a few days behind the seller new and had all in place this guy knew our time lines and at the last minute throws it on us about needs to be sooner we stay to the times we sat and agree on both times beware shippers of this guy

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I DID IN FACT WAIT TWO WEEKS AND DID LET BIKE COMPANY KNOW MR JIM CARTER'S ARIVAL DATES FOR PICK UP AFTER SPEAKING DIRECTLY WITH HIM ONLY TO FIND EACH TIME BIKE WAS NOT EVEN PICKED UP. AT THIS POINT ITRIED COSTEMER SUPPORT NO ANSWER IVE TRIED MR JIM CARTER TO FIND HE'S IGNORING MY CALLS I AM SO THANKFULL I DID NOT PAY THIS TRANSPORTER UP FRONT. No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The main reason why im doing the cancellation is because when i call the company the gay who answer the phone the two times had a bad attitud and he didn't answer my questions.

sr had you spoke english maybe we could have got some place you took the bid sr and it was set with dates then you got mad for i was not getting it the next day when uship had the date lines not trying to be rude but speak english next time so a person can under stand you sorry i do not speak spanish that is why i keep asking to email me thanks
