I received this e-mail from the customer. I have been trying to reach her, and have not been able to contact the shipper by phone ,or email.

I am sorry I haven't gotten in touch with you. I am going to have to cancel. I have some personal problems that have come up and have to postpone the move. If you need to mail me a check for the deposit you can do so, I prefer that because my debit card got stolen. Pleassse let me know how that works. I am sorry for wasting your time hun.
