The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper and I were able to come to an agreement. Very, very nice lady!!! The shipment she was going to get was cancelled and it was not feasible for her to pick up our kitten due to the other shipment canceling. I would use this shipper in the future. She was very nice and cordial on the phone. I have no doubt this would have been a good experience.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time I received an email 2 days before my horse was to ship stating he would be picked up within a 2 hour window. 14 hrs. before shipment was to take place I received another email saying call... I called and was told different arrangements would need to be made which were not suitable to me. I made this clear and was told the provider would work on it.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have attempted to contact this provider for the past week without any response. I have tried both email and phone calls, both without any response. Two days ago I asked uship to please try and contact the provider and received a response from uship that they were also unable to contact them. I would like to have my motorcycle shipped and I believe that the providers none responsiveness is a sign that my motorcycle will not be shipped within my needed time frame. Please cancel this booking

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After repeated attempts over a 4 month period trying contact the service provider regarding the item they agreed to pick up and receiving no response at all, I am requesting a cancellation of the contract. I would like to have the shipping of the item put back up for Bid.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Communication with the service provider was good initially, but three weeks ago I received a phone call stating that she was having mechanical problems and was running two weeks behind on shipments. I had no problem with that, but I have been unable to reach the provider since then, and i need to have the piece delivered by the end of this month. I have made multiple attempts to contact her by phone, her voice mail box is full. Emails have not been answered after 4 days.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I do not think the shipper's statement is accurate or complete. We first had confusion over the date, which I thought was August 15, but she said I had that wrong, so we switched it to this evening, of August 12. We hurried to change plans for the mares arrival. Then today she called and said she could not haul them today. We agreed I would arrange with the destination for a tomorrow arrival, which I did. Then I got a cancellation notice from Uship that she had withdrawn her bid.
