BEWARE. THEY DAMAGED MY MOTORCYCLE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE PROPER STRAPS OR A RAMP WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD. THEY DO NOT HAVE CARRIER INSURANCE AND SHOWED UP WITH A RENTED UHAUL TRUCK AND A WOODEN PALLET WITH A TIRE UNDER IT AS A RAMP. I AM NOW HAVING TO CONTACT USHIP TO GET REIMBURSED FOR THE DAMAGE BECAUSE THEY FINALLY AGREED TO SEND ME A MONEY ORDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART ONLY NOT LABOR TO INSTALL. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO AND THEY HAVE SENT ME NOTHING IN THE MAIL AND WONT RETURN CALLS.

WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH THE OWNER AND DRIVER. MY EQUIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND OWNER IS NOT REACHABLE. DRIVER HAD TO BE REMOVED FROM MY PROPERTY BY LAW ENFORCEMENT DUE TO THREATS. DAMAGES EXCEED COST OF TRANSPORTATION. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER AS HE IS A CON. HIS EMAILS SOUNDED INTELLIGENT HOWEVER HE HARDLY SPOKE THE LANGUAGE AND THE DRIVER WAS WORSE. COULD NOT UNDERSTAND MUCH. THIS CUSTOMER IS THE ONE THAT IS FRAUD.SHE MISREPRESENTED HER ITEM WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A QUILTING FRAME BUT AT PICK UP THE FRAME HAS BEEN AWKWARDLY STRAPPED TO A QUILTING MACHINE WHICH WAS NOT BOOKED FOR.WE CALLED HER AND SHE SAID IT WAS OKAY TO PICK IT UP ,BUT AT DELIVERY SHE REFUSED TO PAY AND SENT HER ACCLAIMED COPS BOYFRIEND WHO THREATEN TO KILL THE DRIVER.THE POLICE WAS CALLED IN AND SAYS WE SHOULD FILE A LAWSUIT OF THEFT BY REFUSAL TO PAY AGAINST THEM.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Several attempts was made in reaching the customer through the (1-800) number listed on the booking detail ,and the second number is an auction facility in which we called and was told they didn't know what we were talking about. We will pick up if only we are able to reach him .

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I was contacted by the U-Ship Fraud Prevention Department that this shipper has been suspended from the site because of excessive complaints and late pick-ups/deliveries. My equipment was supposed to be picked up at the time I received this information, but the shipper has become unreachable over the past 2 weeks.
