I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I was contacted by the U-Ship Fraud Prevention Department that this shipper has been suspended from the site because of excessive complaints and late pick-ups/deliveries. My equipment was supposed to be picked up at the time I received this information, but the shipper has become unreachable over the past 2 weeks. They do not respond to phone calls or e-mails from myself or the seller of the equipment. My understanding is that they also may not have proper licenses for interstate shipping or app

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I received an email from uship that the service provider was banned from uship, for several different reasons.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I also got an email from uship from Marisa at marisas@uship.com where it says that the shipper has there account canceled.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not show up for the scheduled pick up and after that happened a couple of times I thought it best to cancel.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We emailed and phoned this person and we had no response. It has cost me a lot of money in extra storage whilst waiting for a reply which did not come. I would like my uship booking fee back in full please.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I get a better bid for my shipment, I them call the provider to see if he can march the other bids he said no, so I had to cancel for a better price.
