Although I was difficult to deal with, Mr. Renner accommodated my every wish, and my Zorse arrived unstressed and happy. My two rescues left for their new home, and have been reported by their new owners to also have arrived unstressed and happy. Thanks so much, Joe, for the assistance in bringing my daughter her dream "Zorse"! We will definately use this service again! Communication, service, price, last minute details, all handled wonderfully!

Joe Renner did a wonderful job. The show horse arrived in excellent condition and was well taken care off. He arrived completely on time without a minute late and that is HUGE !! The company and Joe Renner were extremely professional and it shows that he is an experienced horse person. I would and will use him again without hesitation.

This was a very positive experience for my first-time of ever using U-
Ship. Mr.
Renner delivered my horse, exactly on the schedule that he had said that he would do, and I was always able to contact him, when I called to see where my horse was at. I was very, very, very pleased with Mr. Renner's services, and I would highly recommend his services, and I would use him to transport my horse again. Again, it was excellent, and dependable service, and I would highly recommend!!!!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
After accepting the bid and feeling relieved that I had finally found someone to cover this job for me. I call the driver and find out that this guy has no cargo insurance and no DOT #'s. He should say so on his profile, instead of making himself look like a legal hauler when not. You (uship) should not let people like this bid on loads.

This shipper can not read. I do not insure other peoples merchandise it clearly says so in my profile. We do nothing illegal. She is just upset after accepting bid that she discovered we do not insure other peoples merchandise. If it is not worth it for you to insure it why should I. Check our feedback. It is impeccable. Very rude, thoughtless lady!!!
