Joe had to cancel because of a sick horse. We understand that but they was no communication for the cancellation until after the date had past. We had people waiting on both sides of the delivery it cost us lots of stress, time and money. He sounds like a nice man I would offer he better commuication skills. We called him daily the week prior to the delivery date with no response. He finally returned our call the day he was suppose to show up. We are currently waiting for a refund.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I set up the date and the service provider could not do the date due to his truck breaking down. I paid him a 50% deposit and have tried to reschedule. It has been one week and I have not received any phone calls or email replies and I want to cancel this shipment as I am not late in my delivery date and need to get this move done.

The Service Provider took it upon himself to find an alternate sub-supplier to pick the horses up, and then another sub-supplier to deliver them to owners site. The supplier had vehicle problems. Thanks for going the extra mile!
