This shipper did an excellent job for us! Our horse arrived in fine condition and very calm. He was always available by phone or e-mail and his price was fair. Also he arrived when he said he would. Thanks again to him and U-ship.

The shipper told me he would use an enclosed trailer. He called day-of to say he had to use an open trailer and I made it clear that the pallets had to be secured to the trailer and tarped for rain. They were not secured or tarped and he lost some of the merchandise on the highway. He would not reimburse for the lost goods or return phone calls. Do not use this shipper.

I never told him it would be in an enclosed triler. He claimed the merchandise was banded to the skids. I asked for a bill of lading showing the value of the merchandise and was told there was none. He refused normal cargo value but could not prove what was in the box. My question is how did he determine value when he did not know what was in it? Do not ship for this guy unless he can prove what is in the boxes. No insurance company will pay over $0.60 cents a pound with out proof of value.

The service was professional, communication was good and payment arraingement was very easy. My pregnant mare was delivered in a timely fashion and in good condition.
