I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I did not misrepresent myself. The shipper wanted to make the ship date 6/30/2008 which I confirmed on 6/15/2008 via email and I still have this email. He even gave me a tentative time of 11:00 - 12:00. I sent him a check for half the shipment which was $125 the next day which he cashed and it cleared the bank 6/25/2008. The shipper called 6/27/2008 to change the date to be 6/29/2008. I agreed before checking with the stable. I called the stable after getting off the phone with the shipper

Response from jhagerstownr: Either she or the barn was unreasonable. How can a barn refuse shipment on a horse when I agreed to anytime that day. Do they just not show up all day? I have never seen a barn close for a whole day. Dont they have to feed?

Response from jhagerstownr: Customer decided she wanted this done cheaper after accepting. This seems to be typical of Book it now customers. This is one reason many of us have excessive cancellations, not because we cancel but because the horse owner does.

Very professional company , great communication , Joe was very patient and professional even when he had to wait both at the marina and on the port due to some delay in paperwork , he didn't complain or leave . I would definetly use you again . Sorry for the delay and thank you for the prompt delivery .

Great company unfortunately this horse was not able to be shipped. Problems had accurred and the sale of the horse did not go through. If it did I was sure that the experience would have been a great one.

This was a good experience. The shipper connected with both pick up and delivery stables, picked up the horse when he said he would, delivered him when he said he would, and handled the horse quietly and competently. I would definitely use him again. Thanks, Joe!
