A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our office needs to process the paper work and the lady that does it has had a family tragedy. I was doing the best I can and as a last resort I gave this customer to a friend. I did not know he was going to charge a higher rate and that I am sorry for.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After me contacting him to tell him how quickly this needed to be picked up, a week later still dont have paperwork needed to schedule pick up. He referred me to another company and their price is higher. My deposit needs to be refunded as he didnt accomedate my needs and I am not have items shipped threw him.
