I just reviewed my response and noticed it had a "neutral" instead of a "positive" feedback. Being new to this system, I probably hit a wrong button. This should have been listed as definitely "positive". Don't know where the error was made, but I couldn't have been happier with the shipment - don't know how much more POSITIVE it could have been. Anyone know how to get that changed from NEUTRAL to POSITIVE? The recipients of the shipment on the other end were just as happy as I was. THANKS

This shipper was very courteous and helpful. Shipment was picked up as agreed and he even altered his schedule/route in order to accommadate a change in destination. The timing needed to change because of a delayed closing on the house where the shipment was to be delivered. He even helped load the shipment onto the truck, which was very much appreciated.
