Really poor customer service and communication! Delivered 4 days late. Impossible to reach ANYONE at the "company" and I couldn't even leave a message because the machine was full. They told me 3 different delivery dates and never followed up saying they were not going to make it until after the date. I think that my piece was slightly damaged or sitting in an unprotected place but I have no proof.I would never use them again. They did apologize and had some poor excuses. believe the feedback

We have spoken with this customer he is going to ammend his review. The damage was not caused by Magical Transporters, it was caused by the auction company he purchased it from. He has a signed reciept from us with the auction company signing off on the damage. We are sorry he was unhappy with his purchase but we did not cause the damage...please watch for the amended review
