The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
customer stated unit is not ready and does not know when it will b ready and he is having problems with his financing. bid was accepted sometime back and fuel prices are rising every day. i can not b expected to honor an agreement that had no purpose in the beginning. i have contacted shipper twice as to avalability of load and was given same information twice. i do beleive its time to break agreement since the shipment probably want ship anyway. thx. mike ingram
