The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
I did not know the horse to be shipped was a stallion. I have one stallion on board I am familiar with that was booked before this horse. I can't ship 2 on the same trip. I did not know until this morning of the stallion. She did list it on the contract as being a stallion but I never paid close attention to that as the listing did not state what type of horse it is. I take blame for not asking the question and not looking at the paper work Lisa faxed over to me. I am sorry about that. I
