Jay did an incredible job contacting the guy who held our stump grinder and made arrangements directly with him. Jay kept us posted by email and calling us with the where and when of the shipment. Not a single problem. He handled our grinder with care, he arrived a day early at our home for delivery but he called in advance to make sure it was ok. He was extremely reliable, professional and communicated throughout to keep us posted. We highly recommend Jay for shipping!

My first time to ship using this service and it could not have gone smoother. Jay was awesome. He stayed in contact with me the whole time, kept me informed as to where he was, arrived two days earlier than I expected him to, and helped unload my bike into my driveway. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment SERVICE PROVIDER RAN INTO PROBLEMS WITH TRAILER AND DOT. HE HAD TO RETURN HOME AND HAS NOT HAD TRAILER CHECKED OUT AND REPAIRED AS OF 6/8/09.

I had to go through a field DOT inspection along I40 and even though my brakes were working fine and had a recent inspection, I was instructed to have immediate repairs made. So I brought the trailer home and had a local mechanic inspect and he found nothing wrong. I was out of service till 6/12/09/. I apologize about the cancellation but I had to comply with the law.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Despite his best efforts, and due to circumstances not under his control, the service provider was not able to pick up my shipment. I would gladly use this provider in the future.
