I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
I have spoken with customer several times on phone and move has yet to be booked in our system. My fear is so much time has past now that client will be unhappy with turnaround time. Our moves can not be dispatched until customer completes booking through our system. This was communicated via e-mail and phone on day of bid acceptance.
