My furniture was delivered in great condition. The store where the items were purchased did not have the furniture wrapped so movers had to do this themselves which set them behind. They communicated this to me initially. They were very kind and hardworking people, although I believe next time they could give more accurate estimates about arrival time. I was told they were "close" mutiple times.
