Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services I thought I had canceled with her I did call and tell her i would try to get a new truck, but it did not happen so yes give her her money back

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Spoke with the provider, Provider no showed then made different arrangements and no showed said he had truck problems then called and said he had a new truck and would be there in 4 hours and then no showed and he would not answer calls and has not returned any calls I would like my refund on all my money.

I did call left messages, my truck broke i told her would try to get new one but did not happen, Iam sorry for all the trouble i am out of the trucking bus this was no fault of hers as uship should refund her deposit thanks jer
