After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
The cust. was confirmed for today 9/8, i spoke with him, as soon as I open the email from the of., I see the cancellation request, If I not mistaken the day have 24 hours, wich the day doesn't finish yet, but now my driven is 2:30pm, and I request a cancellation on this customer I not going to send my driver to a crazy guy who doesn't know what he want, the price was more than right for a shipment of this style, easy and fast and he couldn't handdle my negative feedback is for him, thanks fabian

Response from jeffnjenrgreat: obviously, there must be some sort of communication barrier, maybe my english isn't up to par ;/ Princess carriers did NOT CANCEL THE SHIPMENT, I DID. I dont consider myself a crazy guy for expecting a phone call from a person who is going to pick up my goods. Their are 24 hours in a day, Fabian is correct, but the question is at what hour was he going to call? Just look at his feedback, need i say more, i should not have even justified his unintelligent response
