The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment This is the 3rd attempt in 3 days to cancel this job. Service provider (SP) cannot pick up and deliver the item requested. SP failed to pick up item repeatedly without calling. When I called him to find out why he had different excuses, problems with his truck, he was sick etc. Service provider finally cancelled last week and said his truck was broken down in South Carolina.

Jeff did a fantastic job and was very patient with the party at the pick up site. This move was for a patio set I purchased on craigslist and the seller was very difficult to work with as far as giving us availability. His bid was competitive, he was flexible, and great to work with overall. If he were to bid on a move for me again I would not hesitate to use him.
