Our NE truck suffered an accident in Detroit, MI and it delayed some of our shipments. We actually made arrangements for FedEx frieght to complete the shipment. We made sure Mr. Jones' special delivery was completed to his satisfaction and that his concerns were addressed.

Diamondsquare86 took care of me appropriately. There were some problems at first but they worked very hard to correct everything and get my shipment to me safely. With appropriate communication I would use them again.
