Having been involved in various aspects of the trucking business since 1976, we started this freight brokerage company just over 4 years ago. We saw a need for people in the transportation industry who are honest, ethical, and straightforward who enjoy doing what we refer to as “Old School” business. We believe the heart, and any success of a business should revolve around the relationships forged in the course of doing business, and not exclusively around the coveted dollar. Our goal is to provide shippers with reputable, fully qualified and competent carriers, and to provide these same carriers with fairly priced freight. We may not be able to offer the cheapest rates to shippers, or the highest rates to carriers, but we will always be an advocate of integrity, and will continually promote honesty and fairness for each person our business touches. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipment was to be picked up today. As soon as the bid appeared i accepted and phone both the Service Providers phone numbers. Both numbers went to answering machines. The Service Provider's bid stated expiration time was 5pm MST today. I called at 4;00 4:30 5:00 5:30 6:00 pm MST on both of the phone numbers provided. I left 5 polite messages on each number asking the status of the order. I have not been able to contact the Service Provider at all. Tomorrow is the last day this store is open

These guys did a great job communicating pick up and delivery times. The rolled with the punches when richie bros lost the paper work and had to wait around for them to straighten everything out. I would use these guys again. Thanks - Lonnie

Customer made arrangements with the exporter to pay the bill, which I agreed to accept when the customer refused to wire the money from Mexico, and the check they sent bounced, twice. Now I'm getting a big run around from everyone. Customer not much help in resolving the issue. Please Charles Wilson, I know you can do better. You have the money. Pay me.
