Jackie took great care of our little puppy. He came to us happy healthy, and filled with energy. Jackie picked up our puppy in Northporth, Florida and drove him all the way to New York City. This person now states that she has a flat tire and can not pick up my item today as she had promised.

Mr. Young said it had to be picked by 2.30 p.m.; I rushed out since I was north of Scranton in case he accepted my bid. He called; said business will be open till 4 p.m. I had a flat tire, as I was changing it, the car sled off on the jack so I had to call AAA. I called the seller, offered to meet him anywhere that day. He offered to open for me next day. I told Mr. Young, who said that he had someone else that could do it on Saturday for $117. I felt used. I have no goodwill left for this job.

I was very happy with the treatment of my dog. I was not happy to find out I was being charged extra for 2 boxes that she brought me. I never received any email stated there would be an extra charge.

Total bid was $200 for Yogi, a wonderful but strong dog who pulled you towards the park but became dead weight to lift into SUV. I took 2 MED-boxes, 3bags adding more than a box, a portable file folder, & a tall feed-stool that I considered Yogi’s luggage. I told her on the phone $20 per box, I charged $50. She paid by check COD. The SUV rental cost $330 for 2 days. I was to drive first to NY to get my van & return the SUV. I was talked into going first to NJ. Costing me $165 more in fees.

Jackie was a great shipper. She communicated well through out the entire process. This was our first shipment through uship and I highly would recommend Jackie. Our item had to be dismantled and she did not lose one piece and everything arrived in great condition. AAA+++ for Jackie.

There is not a way to remain incommunicado with Tom; he kept track of my drive thru Canada to Florida!! He is a worrier and a type A personality to boot! Jackie was most helpful before the move, and did her best to stay in contact during the long 4 day drive accross Canada. She is very knowledgeable about how to load goods into a moving truck. Shipment was delivered in a timely matter and minor damages were compensated fairly. I highly recommend Jackie as a mover for anyone for short or long distance moving.

Shirley was very brave to accept my bid being new and without feedback. I was going far into Canada with “her babies” an antique custom made canoe, expensive kayaks and lots of special books. I was surprised with a total blackout of my cell & no Internet cafés about. I was able to tell her my whereabouts thru payphones at least. I am glad I found Far and Wide Moving LLC on U-Ship. They offer great customer service and are very professional. Jackie was extremely helpful with my move making sure I had all the proper documents and kept me updated on the status of my shipment every step of the way. Positive Feedback: Shipment delivered in acceptable condition. (Some damage to dresser) Provider was willing to try and work within our time constraints.
Neutral Feedback: Provider had difficulty with directions. Pick-up and delivery times were later than planned, but within 24 hour period. Some communication difficulties prior to shipping.

Mrs. Parker gave me great advice from her view as a shipper. Her add run a month. I was the only bidder/offer for her low price. I never saw the dresser. I would have padded it with blankets. My bid was for them packing, loading/unloading. Hers was the last load, the truck was full & things tied up. I can not see how it got gauged. My mistake was to give fixed pick up dates forcing me to drop bids & drive empty to be in time. The map quest directions I carried were not the loading area wanted.
