My horse was picked up 9 hours late. There was no communication about the change in schedule until I called. The pick up time became progressively later over the course of the day. My horse did not arrive at the barn until almost midnight.

Shipper was notified that p/u time would change. I gave my exact location @ 10am & told her my route. There were circumstances, beyond my control, which delayed the day & I still completed the job. I offered to keep her horse at my house & feed it overnight if arriving late was an inconvenience. Also, I agreed to arrive at 7am the next day (per her request). I gave constant updates on the road as to my location. It's unfortunate that she's upset.

I highly recommend this shipper. My pooch was delivered safe, sound & on time (despite the long drive). I WILL definately use this shipper again in the future.

Dvorak ranch did a great job with the shipping, and even took the time to work with this mare that unfortunately didn't have any trailer experience. They tackled the situation with patience and professionalism. Nice job would recommend and use again.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Dvorak Ranch. She was extremely helpful, constantly stayed in touch with me, and even though she was delayed by bad weather she had no problems keeping in touch to let me know. I will recommend her to any of my friends who may need a transport. My baby got home safe, and just as happy.

I just wanted to leave a quick comment and say that jdbardot emailed me promtly after our bid matched making sure to get in touch with me. They were very understanding when i unfortunately had to cancel the shipment!! Definately the people i'm going to use if i ever need anything shipped.
