After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I spoke with him on the phone; I think he is the owner of the company. I DO NOT FELL COMFORTABLE ............THAT’S IT.
I told him that I was new...first time and that I listed the item twice and that I had bids from several comp/ I asked him if he would give me some time to figure out the problem...some time to get to my computer and fix the problem.....he wanted nothing to do with my request! I told him that if there was a problem with uSHIP billing him...IWOULD PAY FOR IT! Again he insiste

I could not communicate with this individual as he did not know what the bike was he was shipping and did not know where it was. Then he said he wanted three bikes shipped with someone else other than my Book it Now match. Then he said he was going to ship the one bike with me. Then he was going to call Uship for tutoring. I rejected his offer to illegally refund to me my deposit. At this time I wished this very confused, loud and demanding and highly nervous individual a Happy New Year.

John is an excellent mover! He is very professional. He is honest, fair, courteous, and hard working. His truck and trailer are clean and secure. He takes the utmost care in shipping items safely and in providing an overall positive experience. My bike arrived safely and quickly and communication was great too-- he is a great guy.
