The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper couldn't deliver the bike on the agreed schedule - he communicated with me and cooperated very well in Fedexing the contents of the saddlebags on the bike to me so that I could enjoy my vacation. He had collected the bike from my house and staged it to Knoxville; when he couldn't deliver it on time, he offered to return it to my house at no charge, which is completely fair and sensible. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was the return shipment of a motorcycle - the outbound shipment was cancelled because the shipper couldn't take the bike out on the scheduled time, so this return shipment is likewise cancelled. As noted on the cancellation information for the outbound shipment, the shipper communicated with me on the issue and he was very helpful in working with me to solve the related issues of getting the contents of my saddlebags to me so that I could enjoy my vacation. I would use this shipper again

I already contacted customer support about a cancelation and was told to go ahead and fill a request here.
After I accepted a bid from the service provider, I noticed in their terms it said "Paid in cash upon delivery." This was not visible from the bid page before accepting the bid. I tried contacting the service provider several times without any response. Since I do not wish to pay in cash and could not get in contact with the service provider in a reasonable time, I would like a fu

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper was quick to answer questions prior to accepting bid, and having deposit payed. Once bid was confirmed and accepted on 4/19, I have not been able to contact Rocky Top VIA E mail or 2 provided telephone numbers at all. One number had a "full mailbox" and would not allow me to even leave any information. The shipper has also had no communication with the seller regarding pickup. No one has had any contact with Rocky Top whats so ever. Shipper has also failed to "pickup" within agreed terms Response from jcoollol1: We were delayed in pickup but offered to discount the shipment and left messages for the customer.We were delayed due to a mechanical issue with the truck that had to be corrected.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was never given an opportunity to accept the offer from the provider and the deal fell through on the motorcycle I was going to have shipped, therefore I do not need the service. I spoke with the provider by telephone a few minutes after received his acceptance and explained the I did not need the service and he stated that the cancellation was fine with him and that he would contact USHIP and advise you of the cancellation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This shipper does not have the proper equipment to ship my item, totally misrepresented themselves.
