Great service and very friendly. Water damage to antique hutch because load was not enclosed. A must have in Oregon! Otherwise, very well packed and protected.

This customer was unhappy with his restoration project, and now five months after we shipped it for him he leaves odd feedback. 9 years on Ebay, and 1 year on Uship with nearly 1300 customers, and only one claims water damage. No contact from the transporter about picking up my bike. It is way past there scheduled pick up date.

Response from jazzyrunner05: In our bid details we gave a range of pick up dates from the 19th to the 23rd. This cancellation was requested on the morning of the 21rst. We are still on track to pick up the item, but with winter driving slowing us down, we got behind slightly on our deliveries. We still did not go past our estimated delivery dates. We spoke to the customer the morning of this cancellation, and told Uship both parties dis-agreed with it, but they still let it go through. We are doing the best we can.

Great company to work with. The Scooter got to the destination without a hitch, and this was in the middle of winter that had some strange strong storms. Kept me appraised of the progress and situation.
Overall was a pleasant and professional company to work with.
