The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Provider lacked equipment necessary to meet time of pick-up/delivery.I needed delivery and wasted five days waiting before being so informed.I am unhappy.

Response from jazzyrunner05: Ok, one week delayed on the Spa job, and now going on the second week with a downed truck that has been towed to two different shops for them to experiment on it. We humbly ask that those of our current customers that can wait to please do so. If you need to cancel to find a shipper faster than we can get on the road, we understand. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Shipper came but was not able to load my spa without hiring other man to lift it or renting equipment at my expense. Both cases greatly increased the cost of the move. He just came with out the proper spa moving equipment.

Response from jazzyrunner05: In our bid details we told you that we would need another person to help! You accepted our bid on those terms! We came prepaired to move the spa so long as you had enough people to help! I am strong, but the two of us could never lift your 8X8X4 1000lb spa! Our trailer was too big to get to the spa. That was real nice leaving us at the trailer rental place after helping you for three hours. We moved six other jobs back one week because you had to leave town, and this is how you act! Thanks alot!

Overall a good experience. The delivery was postponed by three weeks but it was mostly due to bad weather. I will use their services again and I do recommend them.

Response from jazzyrunner05: Left a small town near Grand Rapids one morning, got to Chicago that evening in the midst of 6"+ heavy wet snow. Made it to Salina by 4pm the next day driving 10 to 40mph all the way to beat the next big storm. Made it 60 more miles to Russell before they closed the highway,and shut us down. We got the last of two hotel rooms, and all of the resturants had closed by 8pm. You can be safe in the winter delivering goods, but you need to go slow. Thank you to all of our customers for understanding.

Great service and very friendly. Water damage to antique hutch because load was not enclosed. A must have in Oregon! Otherwise, very well packed and protected.

This customer was unhappy with his restoration project, and now five months after we shipped it for him he leaves odd feedback. 9 years on Ebay, and 1 year on Uship with nearly 1300 customers, and only one claims water damage.
