Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly - did not feel comfortable moving forward.
I discussed shippment with shippers and then I needed to discuss dates with seller and receiver before accepting bid. 1st bid expired and they made another with bid date expiring around the 14th. I accepted the second bid and did not see comment on Phoneing, but did send an email right after accepting the bid on Monday the 2nd. They originally said they would leave on the 4th and I asked in the email if they had re-scheduled the take off date or the whole shipping Schedule becuse I would have wa

We try to accomodate everyone on our route, especially if we have made a bid. We always leave a comment for the customer to call us if they accept our bid after we leave for our route. This customer did not call us until we were on our way back, and after five phone calls to the pick up location, we never received a call back. We tried a second time on our next trip to get this item picked up for the customer, but again the customer did not call us while we were in the area, and again the pick u
