What a great couple to work with! Incredibly accomadating, full of fun stories- they picked up my item in my house, wraped it, and delivered it inside my mother's house where she wanted it! I cannot praise them enough.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
This was my second experience with Uship (the first, with RAEquipment was extremely positive!)and it was VERY disappointing. The transporter (jazzyrunner) initally agreed to pick up the car (from a customer) on Sunday, or Monday. That turned into Monday/Tuesday (only after I followed up). Then, I was informed that the pick up would be NO LATER than Tuesday night with delivery to me on Wednesday morning. I stressed repeadedly that my vacation required delivery no later than mid-day on Wednesda

100% positive feedback does not mean everything goes perfectly all the time. What is does mean is that we go way beyond the extra mile to insure every job is completed. That unfortunately does not always mean on time. One of our customer's (Hondaruck) brother passed away forcing him to drop everything and fly back home to San Francisco from Seattle. John and Jeanine were amazingly fabulous! I was so happy! I never used this service before and they were so wonderful with communications, timing, everything. They were incredibly careful and loving with my possessions and their kids were adorable! I would highly recommend them to friends and family and hope i have the need to use them again in the future.
