The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Although I don't think they did it on purpose, it is perhaps their willingness to please combined w/lack of experience which caused this cancellation. The provider accepted the job based upon a contingency they did not inform me of, the need to find another gig in the area. Then rather than informing me immediately when it seemed that this would not work out, they kept hoping to find another gig. In the meantime, my pickup/drop-off time came & went along w/other transport options. In addition

did not want to hang up on her.She was crying,and I was trying to consul her,but it was hard to talk to her with the service breaking up.Argh.We were in Seattle today to meet her, but we were stuck at the airport all day to meet another Uship customer who was held up at customs who flew in from Edmonton to pick up her car.A Uship rep can easily verify this.Instead of calling us back,she requested a cancellation.We can honestly say that in this case,we did all that we could,and then some.
