Stay away from these people. They didn't finish the job they started yet they got payed in full. They said that they would finish the job and have strung me along for months. Now I can't even reach them on their phones because they have changed their numbers.

I was dumb enough to give the Baker's a cash deposit to move every single personal belonging that I own from San Francisco to Chicago. John abandoned my belongings in Las Vegas, he refused to tell me where my stuff was until I left him POSITIVE feedback. Instead of flying to Chicago as planned I had to go to Las Vegas. I found my stuff, some of which was damaged. I hired legit movers and they moved my stuff. This was possibly one of the worst experiences of my life and john still has my deposit.

Nice trick recanting the positive, and leaving a negative. We had agreed that we would leave your items in a storage unit since we could not deliver them. Everything was stacked neatly, nothing was broken, or missing. If you had the money, why did'nt you pay us in the first place knowing our situation? We went the extra mile to make sure your items were safe, all you had to do was say thanks. All these comments are making it harder to get our account re-opened so we can get back to work. Thanks

Beware Jeanine and John! They are liars and theives. They have stolen our deposit and not completed our shipment. There way of negotiating is to call the police on you if try to contact them to get your money back. They will say or do anything to keep your money regardless of whether or not they can ship your item. Do NOT trust them!!! We are filing disputes with uship and paypal.I am surprised uship is still letting them make bids!

Your one liner left to make yourself look good is not an accurate reflection of our business dealings. All you had to do was tell the truth. You thought we would ship a vehicle you did not own to Montreal, but now you know better. We are in a bad way right now, but we are not thieves. So the police did come to your house after hearing your messages, and reading your emails? Now you know we are still in Vegas.

After a short delay, my sand rail was picked up and delivered in a very timely manner. John and Jeanine had to deal with a difficult customer on the pick up end of the job (made them wait for 6 hours) and did so in a very professional manner. Communication was great, very easy to get a hold of them on the road. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again for a great job!!!

John and Jeanine are a very nice couple and are conscientious about providing good customer service. They communicated extremely well throughout the transport and were very responsive to returning calls. The motorcycles were delivered unblemished and although there were a couple of slight delays in the shipping, these were through absolutely no fault of Jazzyrunnor05. I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to friends.

shipment was booked 29 may rec'd yesterday 12 july was not ready to ship, sellers not shippers fault, and a few thing fell off but were recovered by shipper,ty,originally was was going to pick up at USA/Can border , then PR. George BC Was delivered to door $68 UShip $400 dep,$506 cash......( $974) no broker bills,,AND THATS A HASSLE ,,,Would take good day to go to George and $200 fuel , extra load and unload, if I get $50 from UShip HAPPY!

A nuetral is being kind on this shipment, it could easily have been a negative. We were very late, mostly due to another job that held everything up. The bikes were not ready to be shipped by seller, and rattled apart during shipping. We saved all the pieces though! Thanks for your help with Alaska.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Our best efforts at a trip planned for two months to Alaska went sour after one customer cancelled, a car did not clear customs, two customers paid by Echeck, which did not clear, and the other customers could not pay more, or in some cases even half of the deposit to save the trip. Nearly all of the customers did not pay the deposit as soon as the job was booked, which is what we require. The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer knew we could not use our Paypal account. We supposedly had 3 chargebacks, yet when you pay us through Paypal we do not get your credit card number. Customer went from 8/4 to 8/21 between emails, and never sent us the money for the job. Single use customers can leave any comment they want on here to make themselves look good. Now our account is locked, and this was our main source of income. Paypal will not reverse the chargebacks, Uship will not respond to our emails. What next?

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We are trying to get our account reactivated so we can get enough work to pay back our customer's deposits from the jobs we could not service. Why Uship has not returned any of our emails is a mystery, but we are still trying to work things out. Money outside of the uship deposit has been paid to us. We were told by Uship that once services had been performed, or any other money had changed hands that if we could not perform the service, we could not put in a cancellation request.

Turned out to be 10 parts much heavier than expected. Once at pick location customer agreed to let me take what I could carry on that trip, and then pick up the rest at a later date. With our Alaska trip falling apart, and the Escape to Montreal Job backing out at the last minute we never made it for the second pick up. We will never use paypal again for a deposit on a Uship job. There is no system of checks, and balances in place to prevent the customer from making a bogus claim through paypal after we drop off their item. Paypal puts a hold on the funds, Uship lets the cancellations go through, and we are left stuck 1200 miles from home for a week trying to get gas money back. Thanks!

They were scheduled to pick up my shipment in the next two to four days. They initially stated (again via email) that they would return my $400 deposit, but this has not happened.

JMHill put in a dispute through Paypal, and the money was sucked out of our account putting it in the negative. Now she will not inform Uship that she did in fact get her deposit back. We said we needed more time to pay her back, and the next day she put in a claim through Paypal. Thanks a bunch.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was unable to go to my pick up location due to shipments earlier in the trip going wrong. The shipment to Montreal which put the shippers in the area of my pick up point defaulted and John and Jeanine were unable to travel to my pick up point without a load. With current fuel prices I understand completely. Communication was good throughout the process.

Why not tell the truth! Your items were not ready for our last two trips! We even offered to help your parents help pack, and we waited for you on the last trip to see if it would be ready on Friday. Did you forget about that? You never could pay anymore than $150, and we thought you may not be able to pay after delivery. We are having enough trouble right now, we do not need to get stiffed on any more jobs. Nice lie you told Paypal, guess there is no intregrity in the youth these days.

At first he could only pay $150 on a $350 deposit. Then he could not give us a date he could pay the balance. With the problems we had on our Alaska trip, everyone that could not pay a half deposit we had to cancel on. He denied the cancellation three times! Then, he left a negative which Uship reversed! Our bid details will show we gave a range of dates which have not passed yet. We never refused to give his deposit back. He told paypal we sold him something, and it was not what he wanted.
