contract to be paid c.o.d. he was late for pick called wanting more money 2 hours after pickup and said he was getting bad mileage told him no.finally got here on day 3,after telling me 3 differant times to meet him he was paid in full613.70 +86.30uship fee total $700.00 contract amount nothing was said to me about the amount paid

bid was for 775.00, i had to bids in with him, he cancelled my bid for 775.00 and paid me for the lower bid of 700.00, he was told about this and refuse to pay what was agreed upon, tom is very unprofessional, not one time i called and asked for money, and i picked up and delivered on time

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This service provider was suppose to pick up our items in Texas on Friday and have them in California by Monday. However they never showed up or called to cancel. They confirmed both the pick up and delivery date yet they never showed up. We had to fly someone to Texas and rent a truck and drive the delivery back ourselves which was a huge expense to our company.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: TRAILER38 (8) On: 7/12/2009 For: TRAVEL TRAILER	There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved tom did not pay me correctly for the first trailer i have 2 shipments with him, he paid me for the lesser shipment which was the second shipment, and tom was very rude, i recommend that nobody ship for this customer Response from TRAILER38: hauler was late, called two hours after picking up first trailer wanting more money due to bad fuel mileage. hauler gave me three different times he would show up late to all them. Paid hauler in full in contract amount. as far as being rude talking to him and his wife and giving them bottle water as they arrive,i guess we have a different opinion of being rude if you look back to his other shipping experiences i am not the first one he screwed over. check your hauler references.
