The winning shipper called me 5 hours prior to his arrival. Bad communication. He called me 15 minutes before we were supposed to meet for his pick-up. Which was 45 minutes CLOSER than what he bid on. He then called and said he had been involved in an accident.. He was not able to give me details of the accident. I do not believe this. I believe is was an EXCUSE so that he did not have to sit in the DC traffic. BAD SHIPPER. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

This shipper changed pick up location 3 times and i believe he had nothing to ship at all and was just toying with me if you read his profile he is one of my competitors here on uship and their was no traffic to sit in it was flowing just fine and was 10 minutes from pik up the accident was real and i was side swiped and i was too busy with the police to get in to details but i did call to let him know that i could not pick up at that time but at a later time,i guss you cant make every one happy

this mover accepted a bid/match bid. was given all pick-up and drop-off info with phone numbers. shows up at my vendor at 1p.m. on a sunday and of course it's a business, it's closed and just leaves my stuff and says tough luck. he had phone numbers and made no phone calls about pick up and drop off times. I don't believe this mover was ever even there to pick my stuff up. this mover does not care. now i'm out a sale. if your pick up/drop off matters don't use this guy.

shipper was told 2 times would pick up on the 6th or 7th then she says of course this is a business wake up lady 95 percent of the stuff on uship is from private individuals iam not a mind reader must specify!! you were told countless times I had time sensitive fright to be shipped out at the port of Savannah to an overseas customer that was guaranteed or I would be responsible for over $3500.00 fright bill that was prepaid.bottom line could not pick up place closed so your $176.31 got left
