Jackie is a "type A" personality, which has some advantages (efficiency) and disadvantages (possibly irritating). The packing was probably a bit overdone, and some boxes were crushed (garment boxes). She did a decent job of communicating, though her style and accent make it a bit tough to understand. Her price was good and the items were delivered. However, my snake was dead on arrival. Jackie fed it 6 previously frozen mice, which I never asked her to do. She feels bad, but I lost Pax :<

You placed Pax in cat carrier inside truck’s box. It got out. I left water. You said Pax eat a life rat a wk. Vet said to leave unfrozen mice out. I pay $13 for 6 1”x1/2” mice. I found Pax. I kept it in the cab w the AC off. You never gave instructions. Snakes need 12 hrs of light a day. Pax was alive on delivery. I also brought your cat for free. What killed Pax? I don’t deserve a negative. I protected your furniture. Your own help (2 hbrs late/high/dirty) squashed your garment box w liftgate

Steve showed up approximately on time, dropped the bike off with an unpredictable schedule, and everything was fine with the bike.
