Hi Tom - Will email you from work tomorrow as to narrative details and pictures, but the couch arrived with a HUGE wet, still wet, spot under one cushion - pictures taken upon finding it (after work - 1.5hrs after delivery + 7 hours later - still wet) as well as the fabric damage. Just wanted you know I found it soon as I got back home and will follow up in the morning. Judi

Judi, please call me as soon as you can. The fabric damage occured before our pick up. I took pictures at pick up and called you about that issue. The water?!?!?! You saw the enclosed box truck it arrived in. I'm baffled as to how the fabric got wet, and I apologize from my end. Get with me today and we can work out any details. Sorry about the wet spot, but I'm still trying to figure that one out... Thanx, Tom Jr.
