A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I demand a FULL REFUND FOR ALL FEES PAID TO THIS COMPANY!! $76.60 AND NOTHING LESS!! I have a copy of all emails from this so called shipper and was told they couldn't keep their contract commitments after receiving my money because it was too cold for them and they had a "LOW" tire???? Have you heard of a gas station??? Response from jandatrans: Weahter conditions were too extreme to be hauling an 8mo colt. We did not feel comfortable with the conditions, the travel and our truck and trailer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was 1st worried with reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Had a little difficulty with contact and no fax number to send contract. Then their truck broke and I did not feel comfortable any more.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider made several attempts to change original agreed upon shipping date.Phone Number given on website was disconnected. Would not answer phone or emails. Would not recommend haulinhorses for hauling a rocking horse. They left us high and dry and we had to make real time emergency arrangements elswhere. I hope the other job they accepted turned out as bad as this one. Response from jandatrans: Phone number was correct. Answered all emails. They could not use original ship date, tried several times to change for them. So sorry about this conflict.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After accepting the bid to pick up the horse they right away started talking about doing it next weekend which is out of the question and saying her boyfriend had something come up and could not keep the commitment. I made it very clear prior to accepting the contract that that barn closes at 3:30 or 4 and it is not a flexible situation. They had 7 am to 3:30 PM window to get there. I am in a bind now because of this to be truthful. Response from jandatrans: Unlike feedback says they did not inform me of the barn's hours until bid was accepted. Could not be there by close. I am sorry this didn't work out for either of us.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Somehow the origin listed was incorrect. The correct origin is Selmer TN 38375, not Hampton TN. These are on opposite sides of the state.
The error was not discovered until the evening before the agreed pickup and it was not possible for the transport company to make such a major change; and the bid amount was no appropriate for the greater distance.
In addition, the destination had to be changed, although not so radically. Response from jandatrans: Owner had put in wrong pick up town. The actual pick up was way out of the way of our route and just could not accomidate. Sorry this did not work for either of us.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider could not pick up my horse, as another client cancelled their shipment and the shipment would no longer be profitable to the hauler. Response from jandatrans: On this particular weekend we had everyone on our route cancel due to various reasons at the owner's will. Therefore we were unable to pull a route together in time to still accomidate this haul.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I made a mistake and choose the wrong service provider. I am very sorry for the misstep. Response from jandatrans: They meant to choose a different shipper that could accomidate them on a different date then we could.
