The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider was suppose to pick up last Thursday or Friday. He said his truck broke down and would get it Monday. I have not been able to get in touch with him and still no pickup.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment After repeatedly saying (for a week) they could deliver my shipment, the shipper finally said they would not be able to complete the shipment.

Before we cancelled, we gave him contact information of another company that could do the job for him. Sorry that it didn't work out with us, but we did help him out in the end. Thanks, Christine
