david was efficient and handled my shipment with care. we had a few communication tie-ups, but nothing detrimental to the overall experience. if you need something shipped cross-country in a hurry, david is your guy.

WE RESET OUR DELIVERY TIME TO MATCH HIS INCOMING FLIGHT SO WE WOULD DELIVER TO HIM DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF A THIRD PARTY.HE SAID HE WAS LEAVING SUN NIGHT FROM ST.LOUIS AND GETTING IN TO PORTLAND @ 10:30. WE ASSUMED THAT MEANT 10:30 AM MONDAY, BUT DUE TO THE TIME ZONES IT WAS STILL 10:30PM SUNDAY NIGHT. WE GOT THERE AND MONDAY HE WAS AT WORK SO WE STILL DELIVERED TO THE THIRD PARTY.IT WAS A NICE IDEA ANYWAY.
