Hotshot Service servicing the western United States. We are not a broker but an owner/operator transport company. All loads are scheduled and run by JJ Transport. This ensures the highest level of customer service that we personally strive for. All loads will be maintained under our control from start to finish. Loads are subject to inspection and state law. We reserve the right to reject loads due to safety and legal concerns. We are not responsible for acts of god leading to delayed shipment. You will have direct access to driver. Payment is accepted in cash, PayPal, check, and Uship payment. %50 Payment is due at time of pickup and remainder due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed to. Cargo insurance is carried as part of our bid up to $100,000. We are a fully compliant USDOT registered carrier. USDOT #2550517
