POSITIVE isn't enough,I would say something like SUPER SUPER POSITIVE. The service is SUPER GOOD, the guy is REALLY NICE, he knows his business and he's really professional, communicates via internet and phone and he focus on the service he provided to the client. Finally a shipper who stands by his word. When I told James I needed the boat yesterday, he was there to pick it up. Pickup and delivery in one day. Excellent job done. Shipped my doggie from Florida to New York. Very good with dogs like the dog whisperer! Feeds, and walks them, as well as stays in daily communication. I will use him again for other cross country shipping needs.

James always answered the phone or called right back. He secured my electric car properly in an enclosed trailer and delivered it in satisfactory condition within the delivery window specified. He did all this for a reasonable fee on a schedule that was determined only a few short days before pickup was to happen. James completed the job as arranged. I would definitely offer another haul to him in the future. Thanks James.
