The items were shipped with excellent care, no damage, and great communication. Would highly reccommend for no worry shipping!

The evening prior to the shipment date, a significant mechanical issue was found on the lawnmower and this was made known to me. I decided not to purchase the unit and therefore cancelled the UShip bid. Paula and Jay were very understanding about the situation that arose. I would rebook without hesitation. Response from paulamoore: So sorry that things did not work out with the lawnmower. It was not a problem on our end, as we called before we headed up there to pick it up.
