Rating: Cancellation Left by: alessandrabenevides (167 ) On: 2/11/2009 For: 1997 Volkswagen Cabrio	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment My truck is still in MD fixing the transmition, and I don't want you to be charged with extra storage charges. So it's better to cancel and maybe you can find someone that can pick up the car before us. We already ordered the parts and we're at the garage for 4 days but the truck is not ready yet. I am sorry for the incovenience and good luck with your shipment.

We only ask for 4 pages to be signed and returned. This ensures that your transport is legal and insured should an accident occur. There are NO Penalty Clauses for uShip clients. As we stated to the client we can generally get the vehicles picked up within 1-4 business days of receiving the paperwork. This is a very simple, safe, and secure process. Thanks

I have called customer 3 times as well. The 1st time I left a message with NO response. The 2nd and 3rd times I did speak with Charles T. I asked him for pick up information. He originally told me that his son was handling it and he would get back to me. The last attempt(about 3 days ago), he said that he would call me within a few hours with information. THEY ARE DISORGANIZED AND NON-RESPONSIVE Response from alessandrabenevides: I called the customer as soon as I knew the truck had a problem, he was the one that wanted to wait to see if truck would be ready in time... But I was very clear, and I was the one that requested cancellation so he wouldnt be attached to us, and maybe could find someone else to pick up his car. I did call him back, and left 2 messages, the first one explaining that the truck wouldnt be ready until friday and the second one saying I was requesting cancellation. I am sorry.
