The guys were great! Very organized and prompt! Delivery was perfect. They contacted us once delivery was made to inform us that everything went well. We Will definitely use them again.Thank you for the great service!

Hector was very nice to work with, we had some scheduling problems with the pickup times, but he was very understanding. He delivered my piano less than 2 days after picking it up, which was really nice. The feet of my piano were cracked during shipping, but the company is taking full responsibility and will pay to have them fixed. Overall it was a good experience.

We did our best in wrapping your Piano and tied it down with tie wraps. some how it cracked a trim Molding. We are sorry about that and will replace it.also you state a lack in services as described in what way went to pickup your Piano 3 times and only charged you for the 3 pickup and delivered within 2 Days and as per your comments you were happy???????????.

These guys were the best. I would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about using them again. The price was more than reasonable but more important than price, they keep in contact and delivered fragile items.

We only charged extra for one of the attempts. And delivered before promised. Did not appreciate her feedback about services as described b/c we went more than out of our way to accomodate her. Very unapreciative customer, would not recommend. Her detailed feedback to me negagtively affected our rating. Response from evastravels: There were really only 2 attempts to pick up the piano, there were 3 scheduled. It wasn't my fault that they had to reschedule, I was working around my sister's schedule, so we were both doing our best to get a time set up. They didn't give us a whole lot of options for people with busy schedules. The feedback I left was honest, which I thought was the point of it, so others would know what to expect. Idk how they went out of their way. I explained about the broken feet and that they'll fix it.
