Very good experience would definitely use them again. They were good on their word to give me a 1.5hr lead to get home and that meant I didn't have to take a 1/2 day off which I really appreciated. Handled goods with care.

Very careful mover, handled my items with great care. When we had a miscommunication over pick up and delivery dates, he worked around my move's schedule.

Everything was fine. My shipment reached in a timely fashion and in the same condition as it was when it was picked up. The price was also the best out there. I'll definitely do business with them again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I booked this shipment Apr 4 and this provider never bothered to contact me AT ALL until Apr 22 to inform me that they cancel the order. During the past week I contacted the provider MYSELF to find out what was happening. Last week he said he will be in Baltimore between April 16-20. He was a no show. I called him and he said ok he will be here Apr 22. On Apr 22 he caancel the order saying he didnt have my phone # & the address is wrong. I check and the address & my #is RIGHT. He hung up on me!

You were sent emails on 4/4,4/15,4/21 and 4/22 telling you that we had cancelled your pickup as you had 2 cities with different zip codes and a 20 # phone number in your listing. My driver sat Idle for 1:45 min waiting for your reply which never came as you told driver you awoke at 10am . We provided Uship with all Emails and they accepted our cancellation request. as valid.
