The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Through uShip, I booked a rug to be shipped from Menlo Park to Chicago. The shipping company, Ironstar, failed to show up as scheduled in Menlo Park. When my friend, John, called Keith Irons of Ironstar, he told John he was in LA. They rescheduled for Friday, but Keith never showed up. John left him two messages and he never responded.
I called Keith twice over the weekend and left messages and never heard from him.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper has repeatedly missed pickup dates. After last missed pickup date shipper has not returned phone calls. After more than a month of promises, I no longer has confidence in this shipper.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I pretty much gave these guys an open calendar for my shipment. They have missed numerous deadlines that they themselves had picked, and communication has been somewhat one sided. I have not had direct contact with them lately, and they have not directly let me know that there was a problem on their end. They simply kept missing deadlines until I received a cancellation email. Again, my schedule is wide open, so I don't understand the schedule conflict they have and we have not discussed it...

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider We requested their DOT number today. They said they would call back in an hour, they never did. I also left a message and emailed them the same question yesterday, they never responded. I then called the DOT to see if they were registered, there is no record of their company listed. We called them back to see if they were listed under another name, but they did not answer. We left them a message notifying them that we were considering canceling because they did not tell us their DOT number.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Based on Federal Regulations found at https://www.protectyourmove.gov the service provider did not send enough information about their business (DOT registration, address, contract, etc.) and it does match several of the "Red Flags For spotting Rogue Movers".
They also do not have enough feedback.
I don't feel comfortable enough with this provider. Response from ironstar: I provided all documents that were requested but when it was one day to late communication broke down. Good luck with your shipment!
