AWFUL experience. They broke our $3K TV and refused to pay for it, split our shipment without telling us, forced us to pay the whole sum before the 2nd delivery, and then refused to deliver the 2nd half of our things, without giving even a partial refund. We had to get police involved to even get the rest of our things back from them, which were scratched and obviously not well taken care of. They are NOT legitimate movers - their business address is a house and the DOT has no record of them.

I should have known from lack of communication in the beginning of the relationship that this experience would be awful. I had scheduled everything with them around my move from Chicago to San Francisco and they agreed on dates so that I could purchase a plane ticket. I was promised to receive my things by the 18th, but didn't end up receiving them until the 25th. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had known that my things would be arriving a week late; I was living with absolutely nothing.

My stuff got from point A to point B safely. They picked up my stuff on time and they were polite. The only negative thing was that the delivery was 5 days late, but I was in no hurry to get my stuff.

I was very pleased with Ironstars service. They called ahead, picked up when scheduled and delivered with scheduled. They were extremely professional, courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them for small shipments. The furniture I shipped was sent to a remote village in NM and they were able to find it with few problems. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was very happy with Ironstar shipping. They were flexible with the dates and times for pickup and delivery. They also kept in contact with me the whole time making me feel very comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. Overall a very positive experience, I would use Ironstar again.

No Detailed Feedback Available They did what they said they would. Timing was a bit of a problem, but on a cross-country moving trip, I know timelines can be challenging. They called to give us updates, though, so we knew what was happening. I would definitely use them again. Very good pricing and value for the service. Thanks!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Through uShip, I booked a rug to be shipped from Menlo Park to Chicago. The shipping company, Ironstar, failed to show up as scheduled in Menlo Park. When my friend, John, called Keith Irons of Ironstar, he told John he was in LA. They rescheduled for Friday, but Keith never showed up. John left him two messages and he never responded. I called Keith twice over the weekend and left messages and never heard from him.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I pretty much gave these guys an open calendar for my shipment. They have missed numerous deadlines that they themselves had picked, and communication has been somewhat one sided. I have not had direct contact with them lately, and they have not directly let me know that there was a problem on their end. They simply kept missing deadlines until I received a cancellation email. Again, my schedule is wide open, so I don't understand the schedule conflict they have and we have not discussed it...

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider We requested their DOT number today. They said they would call back in an hour, they never did. I also left a message and emailed them the same question yesterday, they never responded. I then called the DOT to see if they were registered, there is no record of their company listed. We called them back to see if they were listed under another name, but they did not answer. We left them a message notifying them that we were considering canceling because they did not tell us their DOT number.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Based on Federal Regulations found at https://www.protectyourmove.gov the service provider did not send enough information about their business (DOT registration, address, contract, etc.) and it does match several of the "Red Flags For spotting Rogue Movers". They also do not have enough feedback. I don't feel comfortable enough with this provider.
