After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The apartment complex into which I am moving requires an insurance policy to be provided by the mover. Unfortunately, this mover does not have such a policy. After following up with the apartment complex today it is obvious that this is a policy they take very seriously and that there is no workaround. I have received a glowing endorsement from a friend of mine regarding Inxpensive's service, and I can assure you that this is the only reason I am canceling my reservation. Thank you for your assi

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Rolando was very professional to deal with but unfortunately an unresolvable scheduling conflict arose and I had to cancel the bid.

due to the building regulations they only allowed us to work within certain hours and we werent available during those hours. therefore, it didnt work out

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had a truck scheduled to pick up today between 2-3pm, customer was not happy with that, because of the delay in the shipment he wanted it sooner. There was no way the carrier could have been there any earlier he was dropping a load off prior.

as i recall i accepted the bid under the belief that it would be picked up the next day, and then i received a phone call saying that they couldn't do it, after a few days later they called saying they could pick up within the next 2 days. after the 2 days they didnt show up, then they called and reschedule for another pickup in the afternoon i gave them 5 days and then "their truck broke down" this is just irresponsible and because of this i cancelled the bid i will never work with them again.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services He showed up two hours late, clearly hadn't read the listing as he was surprised that this is a residence, and attempted to negotiate a different destination for the junk we were shipping.

we didnt show up 2 hours late only 25 minutes late. We were surprised because you told us it was abusiness. I was told it was Abestos and we dont do that I was trying to negoiate a different company to take it. and she also wants me to take it from the basement which is very dangerous and she was very rude. I do not recommend working for her.
