The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company is horrible. they accept a transport said 3-5 days it has been close to a month, poor communications,it has cost me a additional 300 dollars for having the vehicle moved to a storage facility after not meeting deadline. Response from initiallogistics: This order was booked with two other companies. We cannot honor a service request or time frame when other companies also have a contract. We offered to do a future shipment at our cost.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Terrible service, booked the shipment and went 8 days and never received a phone call, emailed them with no response back! Car was to be delivered in Massachusetts May 5th to a 87 year old woman who has been waiting for it to be able to go grocery shopping. May 5th came and the car was still sitting in a vacant parking lot in Florida waiting to be picked up. There is a reason these guys have 400 Cancelations! Response from initiallogistics: Yes, we have over 300 cancellations, not 400, another exaggeration. Most are due to customers who accept a bid without asking questions or reading thru terms before accepting a bid. Some are due to misunderstandings. Some are due to weather or truck malfunctions. Nothing out of the ordinary. This order's issues were greatly exaggerated. Customer chose to park car in a lot, we didn't request that. Customer canceled on the last day of availability without calling. Please do not book this customer.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I spoke with Mike on numerous occasions. I also left different voice messages and never received a reply. I spoke with him on a Thursday and he told me that the car would be picked up the first of the week and I should have it by the following weekend. I spoke with him again on Wednesday he told me it would be picked up on Thursday. I spoke with him on Friday he said it would be picked up Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Monday they cancelled. Mike is a liar. Response from initiallogistics: No one lied to the customer. Customer wanted info we couldn't give at the moment. He was told that we had to cancel a truck trip, due to wind gusts above 50mph. We would reschedule. We had a chance for pickup either Friday or Saturday and we were unable to make it work with the contractor. We refunded the customer as we are over on time. Customer constantly wanted info that we did not have yet. Sometimes patience is necessary when dealing with a business on wheels.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this shipment on 4-20-13. The booking stated a time frame to pickup within 5 days of booking and delivery withing 7 days of pickup. I called Initial Logistics on 4-22-13 and was told they pick up vehicles in AZ Monday - Wednesday and that the driver would call me. After not hearing anything I called on Wednesday 4-24-13. I was told he would have the driver call me. He never did. I called again on 4-25-13. He told me someone would pick up the vehicle tomorrow (Friday) and that the driver
