Loading and unloading is the responsibility of customer although I do assist you. I am an independant contractor and I am in constant contact with my customers. I have numerous references that I will furnish upon request. Your items are securely placed and covered to prevent it from moving and also to prevent the small dings that you get from other shippers. I keep a tight schedule and are 99% on time.
