Communication with this shipper was very poor and very inaccurate. I spent too much time trying to track my item over the course of 48 hours late. When delivery was finally made, the driver was extremely friendly and apologetic.

Took awhile getting here, but was not in a hurry to get it. Driver kept in contact and both men were helpful and the product was as expected and cared for. Very pleased with the company.

Although the pickup time was delayed by reason of the driver's medical treatment, and the delivery was delayed from 5:00 p.M. until early the next morning, I would recommend Daryl and Carleton for shipping. They seem like good folks.

Great Service, very pleased with the way everything was handle, they Picked up on time on Long Island Nyand delivered on time to Raleigh NC very friendly guys, great to work with! and could never find a better price anywhere else, I will definitely use their service in the future.

What an effortless move for me... These guys are GREAT! They are professional and handled my items as if they owned them. They kept to the agreed schedule picking up and delivering exactly when they committed to. I will use imperial in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving.
