Due to scheduling issues and weather conditions, shipper was unable to do a proper site inspection beforehand and was not fully prepared for packout. They were careful in their packing but very slow which caused major problems for me as I was on a tight deadline. However he did work extra hard to handle issues and genuinely tried to provide a good service under the circumstances.

yes there were delay but the ENTIRE GARGE WAS FULL of NEW merchindise they brought to exsport for there familys over seas and then that added approx 3000.LBS FOR total wieght 6-7,000lbs NO EXTER CHARGE. I packed out with a VERY HIGH COST 50 x $3.99each plastic totes and 4x$13.vacume pack ward-robe bags 4 x $22.00 plastic shrink wrap 2-ensure items protected and secure ALL ITEM to approx 7-9 pallets at broker all them were stacked 4'x4'x7'ft tall ALL VERY VERY well pack/protected during sea rid

Earl was great working with me. He got my bike to me in a reasonable time-frame and kept me informed as to what was going on. My bike was delivered in excellent condition and he even left me some tools because I said I didn't have any. I would recommend him, and use him in the future.
